Welcome to BadByrd. By being here, buying gear, or even just looking at the pictures, you agree to follow the rules. If you don’t like the rules, press the "X" in the corner and log off. Simple.

1. Don't Thief the Art (Intellectual Property) Everything on this site belongs to us.

  • The name BadByrd, the slogan "Pray High, Prey Low," and our character Bex (the Johncrow)—that is our property.

  • Don't screen shot our designs and try to sell them on your own store. We will find you, and we will shut you down. Respect the hustle and create your own thing.

2. The "Real Life" Warning (Colors & Accuracy) We try our best to make the photos look exactly like the real thing. But remember, your phone screen is backlit and bright; a cotton shirt is not.

  • The colors might look slightly different in real life than on your iPhone.

  • The texture might feel different than you imagined.

  • We don't accept returns because "the red isn't red enough."

3. Behave Yuhself (User Conduct) Don't come here with stolen credit cards. Don't try to hack the site. Don't use our contact form to spam us with offers for "SEO Services." If we catch you trying to scam or run game, we cancel your order and block your IP.

4. Pricing Games Prices can change. If we decide to raise the price of a hoodie tomorrow, don't email us complaining that it was cheaper yesterday. The price is the price.
