SHIPPING INFO

Listen. We nuh Amazon. We don’t have drones dropping packages on your verandah 2 hours after you order. Remember, BadByrd is Made-to-Order. We don’t pull a dusty shirt off a shelf; we print it fresh when you order it.

Good things take time. Relax.

1. The Process (Read This First) Before we can ship it, we have to make it.

  • Production Time: It takes about 2–5 business days for us to print, cut, and sew your gear.

  • Shipping Time: After it’s printed, the courier picks it up. That’s when the "Shipping Time" starts counting.

  • The Math: Production (2-5 days) + Shipping (3-7 days) = When you get it. Do the math before you email us.

2. "Where is my Tracking?" You will get a tracking number as soon as the ink is dry and the label is printed.

  • If you just ordered yesterday, chill. We are working on it.

  • If 5 days pass and you still don't have a tracking email, check your Spam folder. If it’s not there, then you can link us.

3. Customs & Duties ( The Tax Man) If you are ordering internationally (outside the US/EU depending on where we ship from), your government might want a piece of the action.

  • The Rule: We don’t control the tax man. Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are your responsibility. We can’t pay that for you. If you refuse the package because of tax, that’s on you.

4. Wrong Address? If the package turns back because you put the wrong address, you paying to ship it again. Check your spelling.

Standard Shipping Policy (The Official Version)

For clarity and transparency, our official shipping terms are outlined below.

1. Order Fulfillment vs. Shipping Please note that "Shipping Time" is separate from "Fulfillment Time."

  • Fulfillment: The time it takes to produce your custom item. This typically takes 2–5 business days.

  • Shipping: The time it takes for the courier to deliver the item to your address after it has left our facility.

2. Estimated Delivery Times Once your order is fulfilled, the average shipping times are:

  • USA: 3–6 business days

  • Europe: 3–6 business days

  • Rest of World (including Jamaica/Caribbean): 10–20 business days (depending on local customs processing).

3. Tracking Information You will receive an email with a tracking number immediately once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with the package location.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes BadByrd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Lost Packages If your tracking states "Delivered" but you have not received it, please refer to our Refund Policy regarding the 3-day waiting period and claims process.
