Listen good. BadByrd nuh run like Amazon, and we definitely nuh run like a department store. We don't keep piles of stock sitting down gathering dust. Every single piece is made-to-order fresh, straight from the press when you click buy.

That means once we print it, it belong to you.

1. Wrong Size? Dat a Fi Yuh Fault. Beg yuh, nuh come wid nuh drama if you didn't read the size chart. Since we make every item specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges just because it don’t fit.

  • The Fix: Measure your chest, check the chart, and buy the right size. If you want the oversized 90s look, size up.

  • The Only Exception: If we send you a Large when you ordered a Medium, that’s on us. We will sort that out quick.

2. If We Mash It Up (Defects/Misprints) If your gear land and the print looks shaky, or the seams burst, or it mash up in transit—we take responsibility for that.

  • Snap a clear photo of the damage.

  • Send an email to realbadbyrd@gmail.com within 25 days.

  • We’ll send you a fresh replacement. No long talking.

3. The "Duppy Package" (Delivered but Missing) Tracking seh "Delivered" but your hand empty? Cool, nuh panic yet. Sometimes the driver mark it early, or maybe a neighbour realize you order a Badbyrd an' tek it fi dem self.

  • The Rule: Hold tight for 3 days after the notification.

  • The Task: Check your yard. Check nearby bushes. Ask your neighbor if them see anything.

  • The Resolution: If 3 days pass and it still nuh reach, link us at realbadbyrd@gmail.com. We nah leave you hanging, we ago verify it and run a replacement or refund. We look out fi wi own.

4. Wrong Address If you type in the wrong address and the package bounce back to us, you have to pay the shipping fee to send it out again. Check yuh details good before you pay. We can’t fix stupid mistakes.

Overview All products offered by BadByrd are made-to-order. This means we do not hold inventory; items are manufactured only once an order is placed. As a result, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing selections.

1. Defective or Damaged Items If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will provide a free replacement or refund.

  • How to file: Please email realbadbyrd@gmail.com within 25 days of the delivery date.

  • Requirements: You must include your Order ID and clear photos showing the defect.

2. Sizing Exchanges Because our items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size. Please review the sizing charts provided on the product page carefully before purchasing.

3. Packages Marked as "Delivered" but Not Received If your tracking information states "Delivered" but you have not received the package:

  • We require a waiting period of 3 business days following the delivery notification to account for courier errors or delays.

  • If the package has still not arrived after 3 days, please contact us at realbadbyrd@gmail.com. We will issue a replacement or refund after verification.

4. Returned to Sender (Incorrect Address) If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to reship the item. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
